Learning Systems Manager, Amazon Flex

We are seeking a Learning Systems Manager to join our team. Key job responsibilities

• Administer and implement learning content in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Learning Manager
• Implement, configure, operate, maintain and support Amazon Flex Learning Portal (LMS) content
• Support the Learning Experience Design and WW Marketing teams by processing information in LMS – content upload, QA testing, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Validate report data, perform data analysis, maintain & publish reports on content assets at an aggregate level
• Content design support
• Support multiple languages in CMS and LMS
• Work with vendors to address and resolve technical issues
• Maintain project documentation and content repository

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience with Learning Management Systems or Content Management Systems
• 1+ Years of project management experience
• 1+ Years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in a technical environment
• Team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive highly collaborative fast paced environment
• Project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end-solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
