We are seeking a Learning Systems Manager to join our team. Key job responsibilities

Administer and implement learning content in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Learning Manager
Implement, configure, operate, maintain and support Amazon Flex Learning Portal (LMS) content
Support the Learning Experience Design and WW Marketing teams by processing information in LMS – content upload, QA testing, troubleshooting, and reporting
Validate report data, perform data analysis, maintain & publish reports on content assets at an aggregate level
Content design support
Support multiple languages in CMS and LMS
Work with vendors to address and resolve technical issues
Maintain project documentation and content repository

Basic Qualifications

3+ Years of experience with Learning Management Systems or Content Management Systems
1+ Years of project management experience
1+ Years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with global stakeholders
Problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in a technical environment
Team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive highly collaborative fast paced environment
Project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end-solutions, and managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
