POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Manager of E-Commerce & Marketplaces is responsible for driving and optimizing the company’s e-commerce business across its websites, digital marketing channels, customer service function, Amazon, and other online marketplaces. Working in partnership with executive leadership, this position will help shape e-commerce strategy and turn business priorities into clear plans and coordinated execution across internal teams and external partners.The Manager will provide direction to the teams supporting e-commerce and customer experience, manage key marketplace and agency relationships, and use performance data to identify opportunities and improve results. This position will also work closely with Planning, Sales, IT, and other business partners to support profitable revenue growth, strengthen customer experience, and continually improve e-commerce performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the company’s e-commerce business across the website, digital marketing, customer service, and other online marketplaces (i.e Amazon).Develop and coordinate e-commerce promotional and campaign plans, including timing, offers, product priorities, channel support, and execution.Manage relationships with Amazon resellers and other third-party online marketplace partners, working with them on growth plans, promotions, pricing, inventory priorities, and channel performance.Provide leadership and oversight for the customer service team, including coaching, issue escalation, workload prioritizatio
