The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing activities across multiple properties within the cluster. The role assists in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across cluster properties.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, and other partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Support the promotion of property offerings, including accommodation, food and beverage outlets, events, experiences, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure all campaigns, promotions, events, and content deadlines are effectively tracked.
  • Assist with social media management, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across the cluster.
  • Support photoshoots, video shoots, content creation, events, activations, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website activity, and other relevant marketing metrics, preparing reports when required.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant marketing activities.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, including photography, videos, artwork, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with administrative requirements such as purchase requests, supplier coordination, invoices, marketing documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other departments to support commercial and promotional objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, digital marketing, or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or a multi-property environment would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and general marketing principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments, properties, agencies, and external partners.
  • Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and content creation tools would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
