As an eCommerce Shipping Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring online orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. At Sporting Life, we’re committed to providing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a positive shopping experience, whether customers are receiving their latest gear, apparel, or sporting equipment.
- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.
- Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
- Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
- Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.
