We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist in Miami, FL who can combine strong communication with creativity, organization, and a practical approach to marketing.

You’ll support a variety of projects, helping the team communicate with different audiences, coordinate campaigns, and keep marketing activity moving. Experience in marketing, communications, events, sales, customer service, or administration can provide useful transferable skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communications campaigns
• Prepare and update promotional content and materials
• Assist with email, digital, and internal communications
• Coordinate information between teams and external contacts
• Help organize marketing projects and events
• Research audiences, trends, and promotional opportunities
• Monitor campaign activity and collect feedback
• Keep marketing information and project records organized
• Support the team with presentations and ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, confident, creative, and comfortable communicating with different people.

You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Previous experience in a related role is helpful, but transferable experience will also be considered.
