eCommerce Integrations Manager

Responsibilities

Optimize the flow of information between our NetSuite ERP and our eCommerce and marketplace platforms, and implement new connectors to eCommerce sales channels and regions as we expand globally.

Manage connectors, feeds, and optimize information flows across all integrated platforms, including but not limited to:

Proactively monitor existing connectors to prevent operational issues and troubleshoot as needed.

Coordinate with other departments such as Warehouse, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Returns to address issues and optimize processes.

Implement new platforms and set up corresponding product catalogs and connections.

Look for opportunities to improve our eCommerce processes and proactively suggest improvements that increase efficiency and deliver a better customer experience.

Partner with internal teams to ensure integrations support new sales channels, promotions, and regional expansion initiatives.

Maintain clear documentation of integration workflows, connector configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven work experience as an eCommerce Integrations Manager, eCommerce Systems Analyst, or similar role managing ERP-to-eCommerce integrations.

Experience with NetSuite ERP and Celigo integrator.io connectors strongly preferred.

Experience managing product catalogs, feeds, and connectors across eCommerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar).

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve data flow and integration issues across systems.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Accounting, Supply Chain, Returns, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
