Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

Nance Flooring is looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing person to join our team and help grow our brand through social media, digital marketing, video content, and podcasting.

This is not a position where you’ll spend all day behind a desk. We’re looking for someone with personality who enjoys creating content, talking with people, and coming up with new ideas.

What You’ll Do

* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

* Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels

* Be comfortable appearing and speaking on camera

* Help develop creative advertising and promotional campaigns

* Assist with our company podcast, including planning, recording, interviews, and promotion

* Photograph and video products, employees, customers, and projects

* Help manage our website content and digital presence

* Track social media performance and help identify what content works

* Bring fresh ideas for growing the Nance Flooring brand

Who We’re Looking For

We care as much about personality, creativity, work ethic, and communication skills as we do years of experience.

You should be:

* Confident and personable

* Comfortable speaking on camera

* Creative and full of ideas

* Familiar with today’s major social media platforms

* Able to shoot and edit quality smartphone video

* A strong writer and communicator

* Dependable, organized, and willing to learn

* Interested in marketing, branding, video, and social media

A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media, broadcasting, or a related field is helpful, but not required. Talented recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
