Your Impact

Fleet Farm is looking for an Ecommerce Site Merchandising Supervisor to help shape how customers discover, browse, and shop products on FleetFarm.com.

You’ll lead the day-to-day site merchandising experience across categories, taxonomy, navigation, PDPs, PLPs, search, browse, and promotional experiences. You’ll use customer behavior, site analytics, and testing insights to improve product findability and conversion while leading and developing a team of Site Merchandisers.

This role partners closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Buying/Merchandising, SEO, Content, A/B Testing, and IT.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site merchandising, including category structure, taxonomy, navigation, and product organization
• Optimize PDPs and PLPs, including content, imagery, attributes, cross-sell/upsell, and sort/ranking logic
• Improve onsite search, browse experiences, and product findability
• Use site analytics, search data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and troubleshoot issues
• Partner with A/B Testing to identify and implement site improvements
• Own the site merchandising calendar, including landing pages, promotions, and seasonal resets
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, click-through, search-to-purchase, and bounce rate
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Site Merchandisers/Coordinators
• Partner cross-functionally to turn business priorities into a high-performing digital shopping experience

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with ecommerce site merchandising, category/taxonomy management, and PDP/PLP optimization
• Experience with ecommerce merchandising, search/navigation, PIM, CMS, or similar platforms
• Understanding of retail ecommerce customer journeys and UX best practices
• Strong analytical skills and experience using site performance data to drive decisions
• Exposure to onsite A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar
• Previous experience leading or developing a team preferred
• Strong cross-functional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Kibo, PIM, ATG, or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus.

This is a full-time, onsite position at Fleet Farm’s Store Support Center in Appleton, WI.
