  • Track social media performance and use insights to continually improve content.
  • Translate Amerail’s Marketing Performance Dashboard, campaign priorities, buyer personas, and broader marketing initiatives into an actionable social media and content plan.
  • Maintain the social content calendar and organized libraries of creative and project assets.
  • Plan, capture, edit, publish, and repurpose short- and long-form video and photography across social media, website, email, campaigns, and Sales support, including but not limited to: educational content, expert-led videos, project spotlights, case studies, before-and-afters, interviews, and people-focused content.
  • Manage video projects from concept through publishing, including directing internal subject-matter experts and employees on camera, coordinating participants and outside production partners when appropriate.
  • Design professional, on-brand graphics for social media, digital campaigns, email, sales materials, presentations, and events.
  • Embrace and showcase Amerail’s company culture, proven approach, and hospitality expertise through project, educational, transformation, and employee-focused content—setting the brand apart from competitors.
  • Repurpose core content across social media, email, website, campaigns, and sales materials.

  • Occasional travel may be required for project-site content capture, company events, conferences, or priority video and photography opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, growth, content, and platform presence to identify relevant trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation, and use findings to inform content, platform, and broader marketing decisions.
