The Role \ Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is not a traditional "counter" job. We need a proactive professional who can seamlessly transition from providing expert in-person customer service to managing our digital presence and inventory analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Excellence: Drive retail sales by providing expert knowledge on vaping products, hardware, and e-liquids.
Data & Reporting (Mandatory): Utilize advanced computer proficiency to prepare detailed sales and inventory reports. Expertise in Excel (formulas and formatting) and POS systems is a core requirement for this role.
E-commerce & Digital Merchandising: Create and list new products on our website. This requires high attention to detail to ensure descriptions and technical specs are 100% accurate.
Content Creation (Design Skills Required): Design high-quality product photos and basic video content for our online platform and social media. Proficiency in photo/video editing software (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) is essential to maintain our brand's visual standard online.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure the digital storefront reflects physical inventory.
Store Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, Bulk Restock orders, merchandising, and visual displays.
Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between Sales and Graphic Design/Marketing:

The "Hybrid" Skillset: Strong sales background combined with advanced computer literacy.
Creative Edge: Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Marketing Sensibility: A background or strong interest in Marketing/Digital Design to ensure our products are presented professionally to the online market.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken).
Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts, including late-night retail hours and weekends, as per business requirements.
Vaping Industry Knowledge: (Bonus) Previous experience in the vaping industry is highly preferred. If you have this experience, please highlight it in your application.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar retail/creative role.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks (from reporting to creative design).
Residing in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
