Role Overview

AutoShack is seeking a senior-level operational leader to own ecommerce catalog performance, product data governance, and execution discipline across a high-SKU retail environment.

This is not a marketing role.

This is a structured operations leadership position focused on large-scale product data, process ownership, and team accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 7+ years of ecommerce operations, catalog management, product data, or high-SKU retail experience 4+ years of direct people management experience Experience owning a large, structured product catalog (thousands of SKUs minimum) Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs

Technical & Operational Skills

Strong understanding of catalog governance and attribute structure Experience working with ERP systems and/or PIM platforms Experience managing structured product data and bulk uploads Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, data exports, reporting tools) Process-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline Experience building workflows, documentation, and performance standards Ability to identify root causes of operational issues and implement scalable solutions

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Google Shopping, or other ecommerce marketplaces is strongly preferred but not mandatory for candidates with demonstrated high-SKU ecommerce ownership.
