[Key Responsibilities]

  • Crawling & Indexing Optimization: Manage robots.txt and sitemap.xml files. Proactively monitor and resolve indexing issues to ensure all high-priority pages are correctly indexed by search engines.
  • Site Performance & On-Page SEO: Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, header structures (H1-H3), and image alt-text to enhance search visibility.
  • Content & Keyword Strategy: Support the development of strategies to improve target keyword rankings. Optimize internal linking structures and manage ongoing blog updates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze organic traffic and ranking trends using GA4 and Google Search Console. Prepare weekly reports to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Off-Page & Advertising Support: Oversee backlink profiles and assist in measuring the effectiveness of integrated SEO and paid advertising campaigns.

[Required Qualifications]

  • Foundational SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of search engine mechanics (crawling, indexing, and ranking) and the core principles of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
  • Basic Web Technologies: Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS to assist with technical SEO implementation and site audits.
  • Data Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is preferred; a strong willingness to learn and master these tools is required.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to articulate data-driven insights and technical SEO issues clearly and logically to both internal teams and developers.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: A proactive mindset for staying current with evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates, with a dedication to applying new knowledge to practical tasks.

[Preferred Qualifications / Advanced Requirements]

  • GEO/AEO Strategy: Hands-on experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Proven ability to architect content structures for AI-driven search platforms such as SearchGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Advanced Technical SEO: Expertise in resolving issues related to JavaScript rendering, conducting server log file analysis to monitor bot crawl patterns, and managing complex site architecture (URL structure, canonicalization).
  • Data Science Proficiency: Experience in large-scale data analysis using SQL or Python, with the ability to build data visualizations and dashboards via BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • SEO Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools including Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other professional SEO suites.
  • Global & Enterprise Scale SEO: Experience managing multi-language sites (hreflang implementation) and optimizing SEO for large-scale platforms, such as major E-commerce sites or high-traffic communities.
  • Technical Background: Experience in web development using Next.js or a strong academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
