Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Key Account Manager to drive online sales growth and manage strategic digital retail partnerships across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing eCommerce strategies with key online retailers and marketplaces to accelerate revenue, optimize digital shelf presence, and strengthen brand performance.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, marketplace expertise, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with major eCommerce customers across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable and sustainable online market share growth across assigned eCommerce accounts, brands, and product categories.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce account strategies to achieve revenue and sell-through targets.
  • Manage relationships with leading online retailers and marketplaces
  • Optimize digital shelf presence, including product listings, SEO content, images, enhanced brand content, and brand stores.
  • Monitor and improve key eCommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, sell-through, and inventory turnover.
  • Analyse sales performance and competitor activity to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, product launches, and visibility initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Negotiate online visibility, homepage banners, category placements, and promotional calendars with key accounts.
  • Ensure timely product availability, accurate forecasting, and stock management in coordination with Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Provide assortment recommendations based on market trends, customer demand, and sales analysis.
  • Drive pricing alignment and ensure consistent brand positioning across online platforms.
  • Resolve escalated eCommerce account issues related to operations, listings, or service.
  • Present online sales performance, forecasts, and growth plans to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Brand Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Frequent travel within the GCC region as required.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, Key Account Management, or Online Sales, preferably within branded consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of growing sales on major regional e-retailers & marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of key eCommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, sell-through, stock rotation, and online visibility.
  • Experience in managing online merchandising, product content optimization, and promotional planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure premium online visibility and execute commercial agreements.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple online accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus. Valid driving license required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience within the Middle East region is highly preferred; international exposure is an advantage.
