Marketing Operations Manager (Remote US)

Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to deliver world‐class execution across Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations. In this role, you will work closely with the COO to manage team workflows, oversee client deliverables, and drive strategic initiatives that generate real revenue and fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain Asana project plans, workflows, and task assignments.
- Conduct Harvest project setups and monitor time allocation to ensure operational accuracy and profitability.
- Lead weekly internal and client-facing leadership syncs to surface blockers and provide strategic recommendations.
- Own key client relationships, serving as the primary or secondary point of contact to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence.
- Support audits across CRM/MAP environments and translate technical insights into actionable, business-focused recommendations.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor team members by sharing playbooks, processes, and best practices to elevate the overall RevOps function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations with at least 2-3 years in team management.
- Proven experience managing complex project workflows using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong fluency in Harvest or related time tracking tools to ensure project accuracy.
- Deep expertise in one or more RevOps/MarOps platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships and complex projects.
- Experience conducting audits, reviews, and technical diagnostics in revenue operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Director-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
