Marketplace Manager (e-commerce)

REQUIREMENTS

Experience working with noon marketplace (seller or brand side)

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics in the UAE

Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimise the noon seller account for the Kids Toys category

Create, update, and optimise product listings (content, images, attributes, pricing)

Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and seasonal offers

Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback

Manage stock availability, replenishment planning, and OOS prevention

Coordinate order fulfilment, handle operational issues, and resolve cases

Analyse competitors and market trends to improve positioning

Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, procurement)

Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
