WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Coordinator, Email Marketing

Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing email marketing tasks, as well as:

Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, ticketing promotions, and administrative communication sends to National Bank Open ticket holders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Content) to develop email strategies that align with organizational goals and audience segmentation.
Create and optimize visually compelling email templates to enhance user experience and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Implement A/B testing strategies for subject lines, designs, and content to drive optimal results.
Ensure all email communications comply with CASL and other applicable regulations.
Play a pivotal role in delivering pertinent and timely communications to ticket holders and impactful email communications to our database.

WHO YOU ARE?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (in progress or completed).
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
French is an asset.
Hands-on experience building, scheduling, and sending email campaigns using an Email Service Provider (e.g., Mailchimp).
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Attentive to detail, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Term of contract: July 6, 2026 – August 17, 2026.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week approximately.
Some evening and weekend work is required, and extended hours will occur during the National Bank Open.
