WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Coordinator, Email Marketing
Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing email marketing tasks, as well as:
- Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, ticketing promotions, and administrative communication sends to National Bank Open ticket holders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Content) to develop email strategies that align with organizational goals and audience segmentation.
- Create and optimize visually compelling email templates to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for subject lines, designs, and content to drive optimal results.
- Ensure all email communications comply with CASL and other applicable regulations.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering pertinent and timely communications to ticket holders and impactful email communications to our database.
WHO YOU ARE?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (in progress or completed).
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- French is an asset.
- Hands-on experience building, scheduling, and sending email campaigns using an Email Service Provider (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Attentive to detail, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Term of contract: July 6, 2026 – August 17, 2026.
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week approximately.
- Some evening and weekend work is required, and extended hours will occur during the National Bank Open.
