The Role

The CRO Specialist will own the strategy, testing, and optimization of our e-commerce experience to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer engagement. This role requires a strong balance of analytics, customer insight, and hands-on execution within a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve website performance and revenue
Analyze user behavior through tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, product pages, checkout, and site navigation
Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement data-driven improvements
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to prioritize optimization initiatives
Optimize site merchandising, product presentation, and messaging to increase engagement and conversions
Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and AOV
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership
Stay current on e-commerce trends, UX best practices, and testing methodologies

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, e-commerce optimization, or digital performance roles
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable revenue growth
Strong experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives)
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and user behavior tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.)
Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
