The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimise our online business operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience managing end-to-end e-commerce workflows.

You will oversee daily platform operations, logistics coordination, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including platform management and order fulfilment
Oversee inventory coordination, logistics, and supplier performance
Monitor website performance, conversion metrics, and customer journey analytics
Lead optimisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to enhance user experience
Develop and maintain operational SOPs and reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with data protection and online retail regulations
Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
3+ years’ experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail management
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
Proven experience managing logistics, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desirable

Experience with ERP or CRM systems
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing performance metrics
Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems
