E-Commerce Operations Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimise our online business operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience managing end-to-end e-commerce workflows.

You will oversee daily platform operations, logistics coordination, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including platform management and order fulfilment
• Oversee inventory coordination, logistics, and supplier performance
• Monitor website performance, conversion metrics, and customer journey analytics
• Lead optimisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to enhance user experience
• Develop and maintain operational SOPs and reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with data protection and online retail regulations
• Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail management
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Proven experience managing logistics, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desirable

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing performance metrics
• Familiarity with automation tools and workflow management systems
