Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Computer/Laptop Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within our online platform. Responsibilities

Manage and process computer and laptop sales orders on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product selections
Maintain up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and pricing to optimize sales performance
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure inventory availability and efficient delivery
Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for growth
Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales volume
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and standards for seller accounts

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within e-commerce or technology retail environments
Strong understanding of computer hardware, laptops, and related technology products
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar online marketplace platforms is preferred
Prior experience in operational management or logistics is a plus
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
