We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Computer/Laptop Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Manage and process computer and laptop sales orders on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product selections
• Maintain up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and pricing to optimize sales performance
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure inventory availability and efficient delivery
• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales volume
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and standards for seller accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within e-commerce or technology retail environments
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, laptops, and related technology products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar online marketplace platforms is preferred
• Prior experience in operational management or logistics is a plus
• A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
