E-commerce Marketplace & Ads Executive

Pythal is looking for an experienced Marketplace & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our UAE e-commerce presence.

The role will focus on managing marketplace operations, product listings, paid advertising campaigns, promotions, pricing, performance tracking and driving online sales across UAE marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace accounts and day-to-day e-commerce operations
• Create, optimise and maintain product listings
• Run and manage sponsored ads and marketplace campaigns
• Plan promotional campaigns, offers and sale events
• Monitor ad spend, ROAS, conversion rates and sales performance
• Track keyword performance and improve product visibility
• Coordinate inventory, pricing and availability with the internal team
• Analyse competitors, category trends and marketplace opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and campaign reports
• Support the growth of Pythal’s UAE online business across marketplaces and the brand website

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Amazon UAE / Noon or similar UAE marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising and campaign optimisation
• Understanding of CPC, ROAS, ACOS, conversions and keyword strategy
• Experience in e-commerce sales and marketplace growth
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with baby, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is an advantage
