We are currently seeking a candidate for Merchandising POS Manager position to report to the Director of Omni Commerce Marketing, as part of the Omni Channel team. The candidate will lead the development, production and fulfillment of “best in class” POS, displays and other merchandising tools to support the sale Primo Brands at all retail locations. This candidate will drive sales by providing merchandising materials that gain shoppers’ attention and deliver excellent in-store experience for our brands and increase brand awareness.
The Manager will be a point of contact for sales and marketing for various in-store needs. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise while interacting with various internal Primo departments including marketing, sales, procurement and finance. The candidate will lead managing external vendor partners in all daily operations including requesting estimates, managing inventory, tracking shipments, etc. The Manager will lead and by key point of contact of our merch & POS Fulfillment House partner, IMS.
The Manager will also assist in supporting the entire Omni Channel Marketing team in securing activation & in-store engagement materials for our key Drive Periods and Moments that Matter to our Retail Partners.
Salary: This position offers a base compensation range of $129,996 - $158,655.60.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
Location: Stamford, CT - This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the Stamford, CT Office and 3 days Remote.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all daily efforts on brand/sales projects by taking an active role in all areas including item/material research, structural development, vendor management, material production and internal communication.
- Create and communicate production timelines for all elements to ensure key dates and deliverables are met.
- Review vendor pre-production samples for artwork and die line accuracy.
- Manage merchandising vendors, overseeing POS, Display and Premium production and delivery.
- Understand the in-store landscape, across all channels of trade, to help shape & create impactful in-store solutions for the respective channel teams. Drive POS activation opportunities at key Retailers.
- Liasson between production vendors and distribution partner ensuring all projects are set up accurately for receiving, including assigning SKUs, product descriptions, and pack outs.
- Daily inventory management of merchandising materials to ensure adequate stock levels and request replenishment orders when necessary.
- Interact with multiple groups including Brand, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Creative throughout the merchandising material development and delivery process.
- Maintain the POS catalog up to date, managing timely input of new projects, item descriptions and images.
- Collaborate with vendors in the development of new, innovative and impactful merchandising materials to drive sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Less than 30% travel
- 5+ years overall experience
- Proven experience in similar role: 2-3 years
- Background/experience in project management and research
- Passion for merchandising and CPG trends in-store
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with printing and production procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
