Director, Marketing Operations/Project Management

As Marketing Ops Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of Neros’ Marketing team. You’ll run the project management platform, timelines, and cross-functional coordination that enable the team to execute content shoots, product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, media engagements, and more.

You’ll get to propose, implement, and iterate on the Marketing org’s project management philosophy and execution.

Your presence should improve both the quality and velocity of the work you project manage.

Own the Marketing org’s project management platform at the systems, process, and execution level

~(Implement a cadence of communications, both synchronous and asynchronous, to keep cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Mission Success, Gov’t Affairs, Engineering, Flight Test, and Legal informed of Marketing initiatives

~ Surface and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers for Marketing campaigns and initiatives

~ 3-5 years experience in marketing ops/ program management/ project management, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries

~ Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate project management

~ A love of sitting in the middle of all things, being the connective tissue, and colliding team members to find creative solutions

Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
