About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedEcommerce Coordinator to join the Lacoste Digital team. This individual willsupport the end-to-end execution of product go-live and digital merchandisingprocesses, ensuring that new products are launched accurately and on timeacross our e-commerce channels in the US and Canada. The Ecommerce Coordinatorwill also play a key role in supporting marketing efforts, product reporting,and overall site quality assurance. This role will work cross-functionally todeliver a seamless and compelling online customer experience that supportsseasonal product strategies and business objectives.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Product Go-Live: Manage end-to-end product catalog setuputilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP, and Product Information Management(PIM) systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization, and sortingattribution.
- Reporting: Track and communicate go-live status weekly,ensuring timely product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Site Quality Assurance: Conduct daily comprehensive auditsto ensure accuracy of onsite copy, product attribution, navigation, and sortand filter options.
- Merchandising: Oversee catalog maintenance, categorycuration, and on-site storytelling. Identify storytelling opportunities basedon the seasonal assortment and competitive landscape. Assist the E-CommerceManager in conducting regular A/B tests to optimize conversion and customerexperience.
- Digital Marketing: Provide product and linking needs foremail and SMS marketing campaigns under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager,updating as needed based on business needs.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct weekly competitive analysisfor digital merchandising.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in e–commerce, visualmerchandising, or marketing, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., SalesforceCommerce Cloud, Shopify), ERP, and PIM systems a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools likeGoogle Analytics or Looker a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
