Acting as a strategic partner and connector across our growth and innovation portfolio, this role will support a variety of projects impacting our core dialysis business and key strategic business initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead enterprise-level projects, partnering closely with senior executives to align priorities, streamline decisions, and translate strategy into action. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on operator, balancing big-picture thinking with executional excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Develop a new Transformation Office capability (45%)

  • Shape and guide the strategic direction of a new function to track our performance against key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with DaVita’s enterprise priorities and long-term value creation.
  • Establish clear metrics and track execution to ensure accountability and measurable impact
  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer and supporting teams to identify opportunities to accelerate operational transformation, foster innovation, and scale best practices where appropriate.

Operational Management: C-SNP Plan Marketing (25%)

  • Manage new process supporting kidney Medicare Advantage Chronic Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) marketing in our dialysis clinics, managing overall processes and communication related to kidney C-SNP plan activities in our clinics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including, field leadership, insurance management, legal and compliance partners, and external stakeholders, including kidney C-SNP health plans, to ensure accountability and compliance with appropriate CMS and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain and report out on progress key initiatives / process —tracking metrics, and outcomes related to these kidney C-SNP plan marketing activities, including preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership

Innovation & Special Projects (30%)

  • Partner closely with leaders across the Village to define long-term strategy and innovation priorities, providing data-driven recommendations on key opportunities.
  • Scope, plan, and execute fast-moving innovation projects that advance DaVita’s operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare and value-based care preferred
  • Experience in dialysis clinics and field operations is a plus
  • Comfort leading large-scale business strategy projects and leaning into ambiguity
  • Skilled developer of presentations; excellent at analytical interpretation and driving to the “so what”; proficient in excel
  • Relationship-builder who can navigate a highly complex, matrixed organization
  • Driven with ability to work in a very fast-paced, hard-working, and fun environment

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
