General Role Overview

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be the glue that holds projects together. You’ll act as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring that marketing strategies and product implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You aren't just managing tasks; you are a solution expert who understands the "why" behind the "what."

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Solution Architecting: Translate conceptual ideas into technically feasible solutions and act as the subject matter expert for the entire project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Development, Marketing, UX, and Creative teams to drive process efficiencies.
Requirement Definition: Craft detailed technical specifications, user stories, and creative briefs using various needs analysis techniques.
Agile Management: Own the Jira boards (Kanban and Sprint) and translate project requirements into actionable tickets.
Client Advocacy: Lead client workshops and status meetings, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring service excellence.
Project Governance: Create and maintain project schedules, risk logs, and budget reports, escalating concerns to leadership when necessary.

Must-Haves

Experience: 1+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally within a digital or agency setting.
Education: Post-secondary degree in PM, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Agile Fluency: Practical experience implementing Agile methodologies and managing projects within Jira/Confluence.
Technical Literacy: Experience working within CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and a strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle (Discovery through Deployment).
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

Certifications: PMI-ACP, Business Analysis (ECBA/CPRE), or ITIL V3 Foundation.
Strategic Depth: Experience developing complex user cases and high-level marketing strategy documentation.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
