The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in paid search (SEM), paid social, affiliate marketing, and other performance-based channels. You will be tasked with managing substantial advertising budgets, meticulously tracking campaign performance, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling. Key responsibilities include conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with the analytics team to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and customer behavior, translating data into actionable strategies. Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing is paramount. This is a remote-first position, requiring a high degree of self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure seamless execution and achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other relevant channels. Manage and optimize large advertising budgets to achieve CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and creative assets. Collaborate with analytics teams to develop robust reporting frameworks and dashboards. Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in performance marketing. Work with internal creative and web development teams to ensure landing page and ad creative effectiveness. Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners. Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid channels. Proven track record of managing and scaling successful performance marketing campaigns. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data. Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and deliver against aggressive targets.
