Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, including customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer retention initiatives. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct A/B testing on website elements, landing pages, and marketing campaigns to maximize effectiveness. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions and marketing materials. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce and social media marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key platform partners and vendors. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress towards goals. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record of success in e-commerce growth, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including paid advertising and organic growth strategies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM principles. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
