Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Oversee the content strategy for the e-commerce website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly. Manage social media profiles, creating compelling content and fostering community engagement. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on ROI. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing. Proven experience managing successful online marketing campaigns and driving sales growth. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Creative mindset with a focus on customer experience.
