Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing online retailer in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US , is seeking an experienced and creative E-commerce Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing the customer journey across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing strategies, leveraging data analytics to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and affiliate marketing. Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated customer flows. Develop and manage social media content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across all platforms. Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to identify areas for improvement. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing techniques, and competitor activities. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI). Develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launch strategies. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to produce compelling marketing materials. Manage online customer reviews and reputation, responding to feedback promptly and professionally. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive incremental sales. Contribute to the overall digital strategy of the company, aligning e-commerce efforts with broader marketing objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on online sales growth and digital strategy. Proven experience managing paid search (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Familiarity with graphic design principles and content creation best practices is a plus.
