Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. You should have a proven track record of successfully growing online revenue and improving key e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and developing effective customer journeys is highly desirable. Excellent communication and project management skills are required to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with significant experience in e-commerce marketing, is required.
