E-commerce Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. Your primary focus will be to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. This involves managing the marketing budget, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include
Developing and implementing integrated e-commerce marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve ROI targets. Overseeing social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Improving website SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Creating compelling marketing content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates. Analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Collaborating with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize conversion funnels. Staying abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities. Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing. Proven success in managing and growing online sales through digital channels is essential. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is required. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent project management abilities are crucial.
