Our client is searching for a strategic and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to join their team in Huntsville, Alabama, US . This role is critical for driving online sales growth, enhancing customer acquisition, and optimizing the overall e-commerce customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Develop and manage the e-commerce marketing budget, tracking ROI and making data-driven adjustments. Analyze website performance data, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and inform strategy. Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and enhancements to the e-commerce platform. Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement. Work closely with content and merchandising teams to ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing). Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track campaign performance. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
