E-commerce Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. Oversee the creation of compelling product descriptions, website content, and marketing collateral. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient checkout process. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize website usability and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget and track ROI for all marketing initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success. Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
