E-commerce Growth Manager - Digital Strategy & Execution

As the E-commerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. You will manage all aspects of the online sales funnel, from digital marketing and SEO/SEM to website optimization and customer retention. Your primary goal will be to achieve ambitious growth targets and enhance the overall online customer journey.
This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. You will work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online strategy. Key responsibilities include planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads), managing SEO initiatives, analyzing website performance data, and identifying opportunities for A/B testing and personalization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online growth strategy. Proven success in driving significant online revenue growth and optimizing e-commerce platforms is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required. You must be proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing). Analyze website performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and UX improvements. Manage product merchandising and online catalog. Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance the online customer experience. Monitor key e-commerce metrics and report on performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Manage the e-commerce budget effectively. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing. Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth. Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.). Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices. Strong understanding of CRO and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
