Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize all paid digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Social Media Ads, Display Ads). Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Manage social media presence and content strategy to enhance brand engagement and community building. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience. Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, IT, creative) to ensure cohesive online strategy. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. Proven experience in managing successful SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
