Transformation Program Manager

A company is looking for a Transformation Program Manager to the Chief People Office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead change management efforts and guide organizational shifts related to technology and operating models

Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful AI integration and automation in the employee lifecycle

Manage the CPO's operating rhythm and facilitate effective communication of the CPO's vision

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or a similar role in a technology-driven SaaS environment

Direct experience working with C-suite leadership

Proven ability in change management and guiding organizations through complex transformations

Experience in designing and managing comprehensive operating rhythms across multiple functions

Demonstrated curiosity for Generative AI and ability to apply data-driven insights in HR workflows
