Key Responsibilities

Own the SEO and AEO strategy for university partner sites, aligning with enterprise-level goals

Lead planning and execution of SEO initiatives while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders

Manage and mentor SEO professionals, setting expectations and supporting career development

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in driving organic performance in enterprise or multi-site environments

3+ years of experience in people management or team leadership

Demonstrated expertise in core SEO disciplines including keyword research and technical SEO

Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and reporting

Fluency with major SEO tools and analytics platforms
