A company is looking for a Performance Creative Designer to support the development and execution of high-performing creative across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, design, and execute performance-driven creative for paid social, display, video, email, and landing pages

Independently produce static ads and short-form videos for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display

Analyze performance data and A / B test results to create clear creative iterations

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in performance marketing creative, growth design, or digital advertising

Proven track record of building and optimizing creative that drives measurable results

Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and / or professional video editing tools

Comfortable working directly with performance data and ad platform reporting
