Performance Marketing Associate

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale paid traffic for customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition and optimize performance

Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify trends and inform strategy, while producing performance dashboards and reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targeting, funnel performance, and acquisition goals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in managing paid search or paid social marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital / performance marketing, media buying, and lead generation

High proficiency in Excel / Sheets for analyzing large datasets

Experience with funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field is preferred
