Operations Manager, E-commerce

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Supply Chain & Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations and optimize logistics, inventory flow, and fulfillment execution

Troubleshoot and resolve technical operational issues affecting e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business planning into operational execution

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce operations

Advanced technical proficiency with Shopify and its app ecosystem

Strong Excel skills for modeling and data analysis

Experience managing end-to-end tech stacks and troubleshooting issues

Ability to create strategic frameworks and reporting for decision-making
