Marketing Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Administer the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and manage email programs, lead scoring, and segmentation
Manage marketing data in Salesforce, including lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting
Maintain and update the company's WordPress website and manage website analytics to connect marketing activity to revenue performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology in a B2B environment
Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce, including lead scoring and campaign management
Proficiency in WordPress for routine updates and management
Fluency in analytics, SEO, AI search optimization, and paid search management
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present findings effectively
