Email CRM Manager

A company is looking for an Email / CRM Manager to execute and scale their lifecycle and retention marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize CRM strategy across various channels to drive engagement and retention

Plan and lead automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns while ensuring alignment with promotional strategies

Manage CRM platforms and analytics to track performance and identify optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

6+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC environments

Proven success in defining CRM strategy and automation frameworks

Hands-on experience with ESP / CRM platforms like Iterable or SendGrid

Strong technical proficiency with HTML / CSS for email editing and QA
