Email and SMS Strategist

A company is looking for an Email + SMS Strategist (Account Manager, Lifecycle, Retention, CRM).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts

Manage the end-to-end email production process, including ideation, design handoff, and deployment

Execute and evaluate email reporting with thoughtful analysis and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Preference for a bachelor's degree

At least two years of experience in email marketing

At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts and providing strategy

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive

Client relationship management experience
