B2B Marketing Leader: Build the Vestaboard B2B Engine from the Ground Up

Vestaboard is redefining how the physical world communicates. With $50M+ in product shipped and over 20,000 customers sending 500,000 messages daily, our award-winning messaging displays enjoy consumer love and are being widely adopted in corporate HQs, retail flagships, hospitality spaces, and schools.

We’ve built a premium portfolio led by our flagship product Vestaboard with exceptional inbound demand. With the launch of Vestaboard Note and the introduction of a Note Array system, we are ready to scale our B2B engine. This is a builder role with real ownership and the chance to shape a new product category.

You’ll own Vestaboard’s B2B marketing across three core areas:

1. SMB Lead Generation

  • Partner with inside sales and the consumer growth team to drive qualified inbound B2B demand for our flagship and new Note messaging displays.
  • Build and test campaigns across paid media, email, and lifecycle programs.
  • Use sales feedback to sharpen targeting and conversion paths.

2. Architects, Designers & System Integrators (A&D)

  • Lead marketing for the flagship and the Vestaboard Note, focusing on its versatile, stackable, and frameless options for custom installations.
  • Collaborate with sales to articulate use cases, value, and technical specification guidance for A&D and SI consultants.
  • Develop content and enablement materials that position Vestaboard as a premium "statement piece" for commercial environments.

3. Enterprise & Multi-Location, Large Campuses

  • Support enterprise opportunities by highlighting our capabilities to manage multiple displays across locations seamlessly
  • Partner with leadership on positioning for account-based initiatives, emphasizing the Vestaboard+ software ecosystem as a tool for workplace culture and real-time data visualization.
  • Develop materials that speak to complex buying processes and large-scale deployments.

This role is intentionally collaborative and at the center of all B2B activities:

  • Work daily with inside sales, enterprise sales, and the growth team.
  • Partner closely with the product and engineering on features and market feedback.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on positioning and priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of B2B marketing experience across multiple channels.
  • Experience supporting new products or scaling customer segments (e.g., SMB, A&D or Enterprise - does not need to be all three but the interest and capability must exist).
  • Strong grasp of B2B fundamentals: demand generation, positioning, and funnels.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and E-commerce tools (HubSpot, Shopify, or equivalents) to manage leads and track performance.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B ad platforms (Meta and LinkedIn) for targeted lead generation.
  • An eye for great design and materials that match Vestaboard’s premium aesthetic.
  • Background in design-forward products or a strong personal interest in why you are excited by this opportunity.
