𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our Reddit presence. Your goal is to build genuine engagement and help establish a lasting, credible community on Reddit.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You do not need to be a Reddit power user or expert, but you should enjoy the platform, understand how conversations work, and know how to communicate naturally with U.S. audiences. You will work closely with our growth and brand visibility team to ensure we participate on Reddit in a transparent and respectful way.

Important: We are NOT looking for aged accounts, purchased mentions, or artificial engagement. This role is about genuine participation on Reddit using our brand account.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Identify relevant subreddits and threads to engage with
• Comment on posts by other Redditors in a genuine, transparent, and value-driven way
• Write and publish posts that align with each subreddit’s tone and rules
• Actively engage with replies to keep discussions alive and meaningful
• Monitor brand mentions and surface relevant insights to the team

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts or online communities
• Solid writing skills, a good understanding of SEO, and a basic grasp of AEO/GEO
• Strong written English with a sense for how U.S. consumers communicate and engage online
• Genuine interest in Reddit and how its communities operate
• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working without micromanagement
