GTM Setup for E-commerce Tracking (Framer + Magento 2)
UpworkWe're looking for an experienced GTM specialist to set up comprehensive e-commerce tracking for our Apple Premium Partner stores in Latvia.
About us
We're operating Apple Premium Partner stores across the Baltics.
We need proper tracking implementation for our Latvian websites to optimize our ecommerce tracking.
What we need
Set up tracking events in Google Tag Manager to send data to:
Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel.
Consent Mode implementation.
Required tracking events
Product View (View/ViewContent)
Trigger: Product page opened
Parameters: item_id, item_name, item_category, price
Add to Cart (AddToCart)
Trigger: "Add to cart" button clicked
Parameters: item_id, item_name, item_category, price, quantity
Initiate Checkout (InitiateCheckout/BeginCheckout)
Trigger: User proceeds from cart to checkout
Parameters: Product list (item ID, name, category, price, quantity), currency, value
Purchase (Purchase)
Trigger: Thank you page
Parameters: transaction_id, value, currency, items array with full product details
Technical setup
cec.lv → Framer
shop.cec.lv → Magento 2
DataLayer is already implemented
Future opportunities
If this goes well, we have similar setups in Estonia and Lithuania that would need auditing and potential optimization.
What we're looking for
Proven experience with GTM implementation for e-commerce
Experience with both Framer and Magento 2 platforms
Understanding of tracking requirements for Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and TikTok. Ability to test and verify all events are firing correctly. Clear communication and documentation of the setup
