Email Marketing eCommerce Management (Omnisend + Shopify) — Design, Flows, Revenue Growth
UpworkWe’re a premium ecommerce brand (Shopify) looking for an Omnisend email/SMS expert to improve email design, content, automations, and campaign performance with a clear goal: grow revenue from email. We expect a proposal showing other relevant work performed as a reference.
What you’ll do
- Build/refresh high-converting email templates (mobile-first, on-brand)
- Audit + optimize key flows: Welcome, Post-Purchase (Order 1→2→3), Winback/Reactivation,
- Abandoned/Browse/Cart (as needed)
- Plan and execute campaigns (seasonal + product/category + education + Loyalty)
- Improve segmentation + suppression so flows and campaigns don’t overlap
- Run A/B tests (subject lines, layout, offers, CTAs) and report results

What success looks like
- Higher email-attributed revenue
- Better revenue per subscriber
- Faster repeat purchases (time to 2nd order)
Requirements
- Proven results driving revenue through flows + campaigns
- Hands-on Omnisend experience (not strategy-only)
- Strong email design + copy instincts (premium, educational; not discount-first)
